Hi Haus Beauties, and welcome, especially if you are new here. I am truly grateful you have taken a moment to step into my space. I am Trinity, a Licensed Esthetician and makeup artist, and the founder of Trinity Haus of Aesthetics. The beauty industry chose me long before I chose it, and for the past four years I have dedicated myself to creating soft, sultry glam and thoughtful skin treatments rooted in comfort, intention, and care. This is the heart of my practice where skincare meets artistry, a space created for every skin tone, every background, and every person seeking to feel seen and supported. I specialize in hyperpigmentation and anti-aging, offering personalized treatments that focus on real results while honoring the uniqueness of your skin. Every service is crafted with purpose, especially The Haus Signature, my most loved glam experience, is designed to meet your features where they are and elevate them with softness, intention, and quiet confidence. Facial treatments are offered at a separate location and are not booked through this site. All facial services are available exclusively at Trinity Wellness and Beauty, located at 717 K St, Sacramento, CA 95814. Facial appointments can be scheduled directly at trinitywellnessandbeauty.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows me to offer your reserved time to another client and maintain a smooth and respectful schedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 20 percent of the scheduled service total. This fee is automatically charged to the card on file. All deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the final cost of your service. If I need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new appointment time of your choice. As Trinity Haus of Aesthetics is a private, home-based studio, the address will be provided 24 hours before your appointment for safety and privacy. Please note that payment options are limited to cash or the card on file. Outside payment methods such as Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Zelle are not accepted. All appointments require approval. Your appointment is not confirmed until approved. Deposits are only charged once the appointment is approved. Unapproved requests will be released and no charges will be applied. ⸻ Etiquette & Additional Policies Arrival Preparation: To honor the integrity of your service, clients are kindly asked to arrive with a clean, product-free face. Freshly groomed skin and brows support the highest quality results. No Extra Guests: To provide a calm and comfortable environment for all clients, additional guests, children, and pets are not permitted unless previously approved. Same-Day Squeeze-In Appointments: Same-day or last-minute appointments may be accommodated when possible. A $25 squeeze-in fee will be added to the service total for any appointment booked outside of regular scheduling availability. Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is offered. Arrivals past 10 minutes may require an abbreviated service or cancellation, along with the applicable cancellation fee. Illness & Skin Conditions: If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, active infections, open lesions, or any contraindications, please reschedule. This protects your skin and the safety of all clients. Arriving with a contraindicated condition will result in a refused service. Service Refusal: For the safety and integrity of your skin, I reserve the right to decline any service that may not be suitable, safe, or appropriate. Respect for Time & Space: My space operates on a structured schedule to ensure every client receives the full care they deserve. Please respect the time, preparation, and sanitation measures dedicated to your appointment.
